How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched and with the post office, you can track its progress by logging into your account. You'll also receive an email at the address you provided, containing a link and a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor each step of your order's journey.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?
If you encounter a faulty or damaged item, please use the 'Contact' form to reach out to us. Provide us with details of the issue, and our customer care team will promptly get in touch with you.
Returns & Refunds:
Can I return or exchange purchased items?
Absolutely. If you're not fully satisfied with any of your purchases, you have the option to return them within 14 days of delivery for a complete refund or an exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with intact labels and packaging.
Returning an Item:
How can I initiate a return?
Returning items is a straightforward process. Just complete the form enclosed with your delivered package, indicating the items you wish to return. Make sure to send back the items in their original packaging. Please note that unless there was an error on House of Roya's part, you're responsible for the delivery costs of returned items.
Refund Processing:
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed upon the receipt and verification of your returned items. The refunded amount will be directly credited to your bank or preferred card payment.
