Delivery & Returns Policy

While we hope that you'll adore every piece as much as we do, we understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations. Therefore, if you change your mind, you can return any item free of charge (excluding shipping) within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To facilitate a return, please ensure that each item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a saleable condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Kindly reach out to us at info@houseofroya.co.uk providing your order number and the details of the items you wish to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Upon receipt and processing of your return, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the progress.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds are typically issued within 14 days of us receiving your parcel, although this process is often expedited. Your refund will be processed using the same method of payment you originally selected. Rest assured, we'll send you a Return Confirmation email once your return has been received and your refund is being processed.
